1. 12 years of completion of Studies in any faculty.
2. Digital Photo of 2"x2" or50 cm x 50 cm with 150 dpi with white or off white background should be attached with the form online.
3. Date of birth including all information should be correctly filled, no excuse will be given if you fill wrong information.
4. If you are married and apply for single only than be careful in this, if you fails to provide information about your spouse and children, Embassy will deny visa in this case if you win lottery and receive 2nd Letter from KCC also.
5. If you have no 12 years academic qualification than you should shown max. 5 years of job experience in any field as per the US Job requirement criteria.
The DV-2009 lottery registration period will run from 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, 2007 in Kathmandu (noon EST on October 3, 2007), until 10:45 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2007 in Kathmandu (noon EST December 2, 2007). No DV-2009 entries will be accepted after 10:45 p.m. Sunday, December 2, 2007 (noon EST on December 2, 2007), regardless of whether there are system delays during the registration period.
Apply early to make sure your application is accepted. All registrations must be done electronically; mail-in requests or paper entries will not be accepted. Applicants are strongly encouraged not to wait until the last week of the registration period to enter. Heavy demand may result in website delays.
